Education
The evolution of her work: Schuttelaar's artistic journey began with her education at the Grafisch Lyceum in Utrecht. De evolutie van haar werk: Schuttelaar’s artistieke reis begon met haar opleiding aan het Grafisch Lyceum in Utrecht. Vervolgens voltooide ze met succes de Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten in Den Haag, waar ze haar plek vond. Gedurende haar carrière heeft ze zich ontwikkeld van een schilder die werkte volgens klassieke principes naar een kunstenaar die haar eigen weg inslaat. Haar werk is een samensmelting van klassieke schilderprincipes en de losse toets van het impressionisme. Ze heeft het platte oppervlak achter zich gelaten en is geëvolueerd naar ruimtelijke kunst. Met haar levensgrote papier-maché sculpturen combineert ze vaak schilder- en beeldhouwkunst.
