The Dependance origined from the love of art. Sculptures that are too heavy or too big to place in the gallery in Utrecht are finding their spot here. A beautiful, transparent building has become, in a couple of years, in harmony with the garden, a sanctuary for artists and lovers of art, people we warmly welcome. It is lovely to be in the country, close to Utrecht, on high archaeological ground and to gape at the prettiest art in a relaxed atmosphere. Our goal doesn’t have a commercial approach, it is more about the love for the arts. The Dependance is not free accessible, only on appointment. Just a few times a year, the garden will be open for a weekend, for visitors, which will be celebrated.
